MRI Non-Ferromagnetic Wheelchairs consist of materials that will pass through Ferromagnetic Detection Systems. The chair has been tested and certified to pass through pre-screen and pre-entry door systems. These chairs aid in the safety of your MR environment when used with entry screening systems. The storage pocket on the rear of the chair has "MR" prominently displayed, reducing the chance it will be confused with a standard magnetic wheelchair or be lost to another department. These chairs were designed to be used with Ferromagnetic Detection Systems.
